Dylan possesses a wealth of culinary expertise that can be traced back to his childhood. His family, deeply rooted in the restaurant trade, provided the foundation upon which Dylan's food journey has flourished. Dylan has over a decade of catering experience from parties of a dozen to eight hundred. With cuisine ranging from beach clambakes and barbecues to large non-profit fundraisers. In 2020, he decided to acquire a mobile wood oven and embark on a journey of crafting and serving up simple quality pizzas. What sets Dylan apart is his unwavering commitment to fostering a sense of community and upholding sustainability principles. Drawing from his extensive background in farming, he either grows ingredients at his farm, Eat Fire Farm, or purchases from local farmers. It is a priority to use the freshest and top quality ingredients for the menu.
